Analog powersupply

An old LGB 50110 was used untill 2008 for powering the trains.
The powersupply has a maximum poweroutput of 90VA (0-24V, 5A max), the 2 controllers controlled the power of the seperate main track en the rack railway. The rack railway controller is internally connected to an automatic reversing unit, which can be activated by the switch. The timedelay is controlled by the variable resistor.

Digital signal

A Massoth DiMax 1200z central station is being used to digitally control all the trains.
The system is being controlled with a wireless controlstation, and thanks to the 24V/12A poweroutput there's enough power to drive more then 6 locomotives simultaneously.
Currently the signals and switches are also controlled with the controlstation, this will be partially automated and possibly computer controlled.

Digital powersupply

The digital signal is made with 1 and 0.
By changing the polarity of the track within a certain timeinterval a 1 or 0 is formed.
The short pulses are a 1, the longer pulses are a 0.
