The lay-out is mainly made of a 30m long single track, which also features a smaller 18m oval track. Located on the right side is a central area with a station, designed with a side track and a departure track for the rack railway. The rack railway itself is 8m long and has a maximum slope of 3.5%. On the moment works is underway on the left side, the arc between the tunnel and bridge is nearly completed. A shunting area will be constructed between the arc and the shed, a possible design is given. This design allows enough possibilities for shunting operations, there's also room for a custom designed turntable. |
